Corporate Financial Management is the financial decision making process undertaken by management to maximize the wealth of the firm owners (stockholders). Key areas of focus include: the evaluation of projects to be undertaken by the firm, the acquisition of funds to undertake profitable projects, the analysis of performance of the firm with recommendations on improvement.
