Entrepreneurship Education

Mission

Entrepreneurship Education in the College of Business at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi prepares students for success in small business, family-owned businesses, or new entrepreneurial ventures.  The initiative facilitates student engagement opportunities in the Coastal Bend and in the Brazos Valley regions of Texas to develop entrepreneurial experience among students through real-world applications.

Objectives

  1. Involve College of Business students in small business and not-for-profit experiential activities.
  2. Collaborate with other universities and entities in Texas to promote entrepreneurship education opportunities for students.
  3. Identify and facilitate faculty participation in the delivery of business services to assist startup businesses, not-for-profit enterprises, community leaders, and existing small business owners.
